Refund and Exchange

We are more than happy to offer exchanges in terms of sizes. Please refer to our size guide to ensure you order the correct size.

In order to qualify for an exchange please ensure your product is returned in the original condition, they are unworn and without odour or
perfume and are not damaged or marked. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the
item will be returned to the address on the original order.

Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorisation request from our returns department within 5 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing  AMKABAYABOUTIQUE@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for exchange.
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us.
